Brisket Sandwich
Slow smoked for 12 hours and hand sliced to order.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Apple wood smoked and hand pulled to order.
Baby Back Ribs
Smoked for 4 hours and glazed with our Sweet Lou Original Barbeque sauce.
St. Louis Style Ribs or Full Spare Ribs
Smoked for 4 hours and glazed with our Sweet Lou Original Barbeque sauce.
Brisket Burnt Ends
Cubed brisket point. Sauced and smoked for an additional 2 hours.
Chicken Wings
Offered with our homemade dry rub, Sweet Lou Original Barbeque Sauce, or Jamaican Jerk Marinade.
Beef Rib
Smoked with our brisket rub and glazed with our sweet sauce.
Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Smoked for 4-5 hours and braised in our Sweet Lou Original Barbeque Sauce.
Blueberry Pork Loin Sandwich
The loin is treated to a smokey bath of apple and hickory before being glazed in a house made blueberry barbeque sauce.

Liberally applied house rub and smoked to perfection with apple wood.

Pulled Pork Slider, Brisket Slider, 2 smoked chicken wings.
Sweet Lou Sundae
Made from scratch four cheese mac & cheese topped with either pulled pork or chopped brisket with a drizzle of bbq sauce.
Laura Burger
Smoked pork burger topped with mac & cheese on a pretzel bun.

Fried chicken on top of a bed of cheesy grits, drizzled with a maple bourbon sauce.
